The Company shall not be required to notify you about the modifications made in the terms; the revised terms should be determined by checking the website regularly. Product Policy
The product shown in the image is a reference product and the new manufactured product may differ due to factors like lighting, manual polish, wood’s texture, etc.
Note that slight grains will be visible in Solid Wood products. There may be a slight variation in finish between the actual product and the 3-D designs displayed on our website.
Eligibility to Use
According to the Indian Constitution, a person under the age of 18 is considered a minor. Services and facilities offered on our website shall not be available for minors. If you are living outside of India, it’s your responsibility to ensure your eligibility for our services.
Persons barred under the laws of India are not permitted to use our services.
The Company reserves the right to reject or grant access to a new user or terminate the access of existing users at any time, without furnishing any reason.

What is the estimated time for delivery?
Adorefurnix aims to dispatch your products within 2-5 days; however, in exceptional situations such as transport strikes, riots, or natural calamities, delivery times may exceed the promised timeline. In such cases, updates will be provided, and your products will be prioritized for delivery as soon as possible. Your cooperation in such situations is appreciated.
Custom products manufactured from scratch may have extended delivery times.
This delivery time may not apply to some specific pin codes.
Are there any delivery or installation charges, or hidden fees?
Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt. A charge applies for missed deliveries. Installation service is not available for Wooden Swings or Home décor items.
What should I check when the product is delivered?
When the product is delivered, ensure the following:
- Check all external surfaces for breakages, cracks, chips, or infestations.
- If there is dust or lack of shine, the delivery team can polish or clean it on the spot.
- Report any scratches or cracks to the delivery personnel and customer support. Our carpenter will address the issue, or we will arrange a visit to rectify it.
- Ensure that assembly is completed for products that require it.
- Check that products like tables and chairs are stable. Uneven legs can be adjusted.
- Test seating products for stability and check for defects in the fabric.
- Ensure that the insides of storage products are well-finished and free from splinters.
- Hardwood products may expand in summer. This is normal and will return to form after the season.
After delivery and inspection, Adorefurnix is not liable for damages due to mishandling. Self-damaged issues reported post-delivery will not be covered by the company.
Will the product be exactly as shown on the Website?
Adorefurnix strives to match products to website descriptions, but natural material variations may occur. The final product might not match the exact appearance or finish shown.
When will I get a refund, if eligible?
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds will be processed after item pickup from your premises.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 business days after receiving products back to the warehouse.
- Refunds will be made via NEFT, cash, or the original payment method.
- Processing charges may be deducted based on orders.
Can I get all my products in one single delivery?
Products will be shipped in one delivery unless they are in separate warehouses or from different vendors.
