Delivery across India

We deliver to homes across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout and we fill in your city and state, then confirm the delivery timing for your address with your order.

• Timing depends on your location, so metro and remote PIN codes can differ by a few days.
• Large pieces need clear access, so tell us about stairs, lifts or narrow entrances when you order.

Order processing and cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, ready-stock pieces are inspected and prepared for dispatch. Made-to-order pieces go into production, then are inspected and prepared for you.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
• For made-to-order pieces, cancellation is no longer possible once production has begun, as materials have already been allocated.

Dispatch and delivery timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days of confirmation, with delivery generally completed within 15 business days depending on your location and logistics availability.

• Timelines may vary slightly for remote areas or custom orders.

Assembly

Each listing states its assembly level. Some pieces arrive assembled. Pieces that need assembly come with the required hardware and easy-to-follow instructions.

Packaging and delivery inspection

Each product is securely packed with protective materials and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

• For significant transit damage or an incorrect product, contact customer support within 48 hours with clear photographs.

Slight variations in wood grain, natural texture or finish are part of the unique beauty of solid wood, not defects.
