Who Processes Your Data

We use the service providers below to run the store, and each one receives the information needed for its job. We also share information with delivery partners to bring your order to you, and when the law requires it. Payments are made on PayU's secure pages, and we never store your complete card details on our servers.

• PayU processes online payments. It receives your name, email address, phone number and the order amount.
• Brevo sends our order, account and support emails, so it handles your email address and the content of those emails.
• Cloudinary stores and delivers product images and any photos you upload with a review or an enquiry.
• MongoDB Atlas hosts the database that holds your account, orders, enquiries and reviews.
• Vercel hosts the website and runs the application.
• Google handles sign-in if you choose Sign in with Google, and we receive your name and email address from it.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging, from Google, delivers push notifications to our mobile apps if you allow them.
• The India Post PIN code lookup (api.postalpincode.in) receives only the PIN code you type at checkout, to fill in your city and state.

Data Security and Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
