Because each product is custom-built, our cancellation and returns process is designed to stay fair to customers while respecting the bespoke nature of every order.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Once production has begun, the piece is already being built to order and cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns policy
Because every product is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Minor natural variations in wood grain, colour or texture
Damage, defects and incorrect items
If a delivery arrives with significant manufacturing damage, severe transit damage or is the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Depending on the issue, resolution may include repair, replacement or exchange.
Repair before replacement
For minor issues, such as small finish imperfections, hardware adjustments or assembly-related concerns, our priority is professional support or repair rather than a full replacement.
Warranty support
Every product is backed by a 1-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidents or improper assembly
- Negligence
- Exposure to excessive moisture, heat or direct sunlight
